NursingJobsAustralia.com is owned and operated by Skilled Medical, a company led by people who have extensive experience in health care, human resources and health care recruitment.

Our team of over 45 staff include recruitment consultants, compliance officers, accounts staff, IT and media professionals and managers who work together to deliver the best possible services. Candidates and clients can be confident that they are dealing with a firm of professional people who understand the importance of the work they do. Dr David Campbell – Managing Director 

David spent 25 years in medicine working in a range of metropolitan and rural health services before setting up Skilled Medical in 2005 and then building it into one of Australia's leading medical recruitment firms. He trained as a GP, worked in public health medicine, held medical executive and board roles, and developed businesses in the health technology sector. David's experience and commitment to medicine has been vital to the development of Skilled Medical. His executive roles included CEO of St Vincent's in Melbourne, a major teaching and referral centre. David is a former Chairman of the Board of Continuing Education of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators, Councillor on the Postgraduate Medical Council of NSW, Executive Committee member of the Victorian Medical Postgraduate Foundation and founding Board member of the Rural Doctors' Network of NSW. David holds fellowships in public health medicine and medical administration and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.

Dr E Robyn Mason – Senior Medical Advisor 

Robyn has worked with Skilled Medical since 2007 as its Senior Medical Advisor, a role aimed at assisting Skilled Medical develop and support its clinical governance capability. Robyn also provides medical professional assistance to the placement teams in Australia and the UK. Robyn has held senior leadership positions in the public and private sectors including the roles of Secretary-General of the Australian Medical Association and CEO of AMA Victoria. Her background encompasses clinical governance, medico-legal, workforce development and health care funding. She is a member of the Board of Health Purchasing Victoria and Chair of their Procurement Committee, a Sessional Panel member of VCAT (Review and Regulation) and former Chair of the Victorian Doctors’ Health Program and Director of North West Melbourne Primary Health Network and Southern (Monash) Health. Robyn is a qualified doctor with a Master's degree in Administration and holds Fellowships with the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Julia Pascuzzi – Nursing Recruitment Coordinator

Julia Pascuzzi is the Nursing Recruitment Coordinator responsible for coordinating the placement of qualified nurses of all levels across all nursing specialties into metropolitan and rural settings in Australia and New Zealand. With over 10 years of experience working in the nursing recruitment industry, Julia brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in acute and non-acute health care and in the public and private systems. She understands nurses' career goals and aspirations and works with nursing candidates to help them find rewarding roles.  For clients she has an in-depth understanding of end to end nursing staffing solutions, having helped large and small organisations with their staffing needs. Julia holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree from RMIT University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Clinical Nursing (Child Health) from The University of Melbourne.
