The Position
Provide safe compassionate person centred care through the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care in collaboration with individual/s and the multidisciplinary health care team to achieve safe quality care outcomes that meet the goals of the individual.
- Comprehensive assessment, developing a plan of care, provide and evaluate care ensuring care is communicated and documented.
- Analyse information and data and communicate outcomes as the basis for practice
- Where required respond to emergency situations and deterioration of the individual and escalate care as required
- Effective therapeutic and professional relationships with the individual and their family and the multidisciplinary team.
The Location
Located on the stunning central Coast of NSW, near Newcastle.
Essential Criteria
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on a Rehab Ward
- Strong collaborative interpersonal communication skills with well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Sound computer literacy in desktop applications
- Immunisation evidence and serology report
