The Position
Seeking Registered Nurses for a Full/Part time permanent positions. These permanent full/part time positions are available from early November, 2020 and includes working a rotating 7 day, 24 hour roster.
Your responsibilities:
- Providing and co-ordinating all aspects of quality patient care within the Emergency Department
- Triage, short stay, resus bay
- IV cannulation
- IV medication administration
- Complex wound care management
- Immunisations
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Able to work effectively both in a team and autonomously
The Location
Situated 30 minutes from the stunning Grampians
Essential Criteria
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Excellent Communication and problem solving skills
- Minimum 2 years Emergency Department experience within the Australian Healthcare system
- Able to work effectively both in a team and autonomously
- No sponsorship applicants
Desirable Criteria
- Post Graduate/Certificate qualifications
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support/ALS level 2 (or willingness to complete the online course)
- Experience with Ability to work in Triage
