The Position
As the Practice Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the practice
- Update patient records and scan documents into patient files
- Managing emails
- Assist practitioners and patients with queries as they arise
- Must be able to work independently
The Location
Located in the inner south Melbourne. Close proximity to local cafes and shopping precedent.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 2 years Management experience, in a general practice setting or related healthcare field
- A positive, organised and proactive attitude
- Strong leadership, communication, mentoring and motivational skills
- A professional manner and presentation
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise
