The Position

As the Endorsed Enrolled Nurse you will be responsible for:

• Delivering evidence based nursing care
• Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team
• Ensuring patient and staff safety
• Supervising, directing and supporting nursing team members
• Delivering education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery

The Location

Located in western Victoria, approximately 300 kilometres north-west of the state capital Melbourne.

Essential Criteria

• Current AHPRA registration
• Current police check
• Working with Children Check
• Minimum 12months working as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse in Australia
• Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a member of an acute care multidisciplinary team
• Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
• Current knowledge and understanding of acute patient centred care
• Commitment to professional development and ongoing education
• Demonstrated ability to conduct nursing practice in a manner that respects the rights of individuals and groups
