The Position
As the Endorsed Enrolled Nurse you are responsible for:
- Providing safe and comprehensive patient focused nursing care
- Maintaining core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice
- Conducting systemic nursing assessments and plan nursing care in consultation with individual patients, their significant others and interdisciplinary health care team
- Acting as a patient advocate
- Actively participating in in-house education and training programs
- Practicing within a professional, ethical and evidence based nursing framework
The Location
Located in rural northern Victoria on the banks of the Murray River.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 12months experience working as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse in Australia
- Hold a current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
- Proven experience working in Aged Care nursing
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skill
- High level interpersonal skills
