- Relocation support and flexibility to work across a rotating 7day roster
- Full time and short term contracts (4-12 week contracts with accommodation)

The Position
As the Registered Nurse you are responsible for:
- Nursing assessment and documentation is timely, complete and accurate
- Involving patients and their relatives/carers in planning care and formulating outcomes relating to the episode of care
- Liaising with other multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
- Participates in collaborative rostering and all relevant department meetings
- Providing patient-centered care
The Location
Located in the north west of Victoria on the border of VIC and NSW.
Essential Criteria
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Minimum 12months experience working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Understanding of evidence based nursing theory and practice
- Knowledge and understanding of National Standards and Accreditation
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in acute medical, surgical & palliative care
- Computer literacy
- Evidence of immunisation records/history as part of the Health Services Act 1988, 2020 Amendment (Mandatory Vaccination of Healthcare Workers)
