About The Position
As the Registered Nurse you will be responsible for:
- Performing a diversity of resident care related activities in line with the policies and objectives of the facility
- Delivering education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs
- Coordinating the provision of quality and safe clinical skills, and organising team members and resources to deliver person-centred care
About The Location
Located in western Victoria, approximately 300 kilometres northwest of the state capital Melbourne. You will have access to the Grampians National Park, beautiful botanical gardens and excellent facilities for shopping, dining and entertainment.
About You
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 12 months working in Aged Care
- Excellent Communication and problem solving skills
- Commitment to quality improvement and superior customer service
- Proficiency in the use of information technology
