The Position
As the Associate Nurse Unit Manager you will be responsible for:
- Demonstrated knowledge of current issues, trends and research in clinical nursing and particularly in the area of Covid-19 Prevention, swab collection and the prevention of transmission of Covid-19
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer focus
- Demonstrated knowledge, experience and application of managerial skills

Essential Criteria
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Minimum 12months working experience as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- COVID-19 Vaccinations
- Demonstrated knowledge of current issues, trends and research in clinical nursing and particularly in the area of Covid-19 prevention, Covid-19 swab collection and the prevention of transmission of Covid-19
- Demonstrated knowledge, experience and application of managerial skills
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer focus
- Demonstrated ability to introduce new concepts through innovation, influencing, negotiating skills
- Ability to work as part of an inter-disciplinary team as well as independently, with an ability to prioritise, set goals and objectives
