Associate Nurse Unit Manager $49.81 per hour

Flexible 4-5 days per week

No nights, no lates

Shared Saturdays negotiable. No Sundays

Essential Criteria

•  A Pro-choice advocate and champion of women and pregnant people’s rights;
•   Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration;
•   Knowledge of National Accreditation Standards and ACORN standards;
•   Experience in day surgery, recovery, and women's health;
•   Interest and experience in leadership role within clinical setting and leadership skills that promote a positive team culture;
•   Experience achieving high clinical standards and working towards audits and accreditation;
•   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an understanding of how to provide empathetic care;
