The Position
As the Registered Nurse you will be responsible for:
- Providing primary health care support to patients, throughout their stay at the correctional facility
- Liaising with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide coordinated patient management
The Location
Located in the outer western suburbs of Melbourne.
Essential Criteria
- Registered General Nurse Qualification
- Registration with the AHPRA
- At least 1 years’ experience in Australia or equivalent. Preferably in a hospital or other acute setting, aged care acceptable but not only aged care experience
- Minimum 12months experience working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Effective communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Police check clearance
- COVID19 Vaccinated
