- Annual salary range for full time – $100,523 to $103,801 + super + entitlements depending on year level (prorated for part-time)
- Salary packaging benefits of $9,010 p.a

The Position
As the Associate Nurse Unit Manager you will be responsible for:
- Promoting a culture of customer service with the multi disciplinary team, patients, staff and visitors
- Working in the Rehabilitation Multidisciplinary team and provide support to a highly engaged Nursing team who strive towards achieving best and safe patient outcomes
- Overseeing the delivery of patient-centered care and implementing strategies to enhance the patient experience and journey
- Driving and actively improving on relevant models of care that fosters a collaborative approach to evidence-base practices
- Providing and maintaining a safe work environment, work practices and minimises risks to self, staff, patients and and visitors
The Location
An inner suburb of Melbourne, approximately 3km east of Melbourne's CBD. This area offers some of Melbourne's favourite restaurants and cafes, is in close proximity to the biggest sports scenes in Australia and has a range of shopping available.
Essential Criteria
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 12months experience working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- COVID19 Vaccinated
- Well developed leadership and interpersonal skills that inspire trust and confidence required to lead and manage a high performing team
- Clinical expertise and commitment to high quality care and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to lead, assist and support organisational change
- Be highly motivated and enjoy working in a team environment
- Demonstrate experience in leadership and ability to influence
- Be able to engage with various key stake holders
- Work closely with our Medical clinicians and Medical Director
