About the Role
We are seeking a confident professional with initiative and drive to work with the Skilled Medical administration support team.
As a Recruitment Support Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for providing support to the Medical Recruitment team. The role is multi-faceted to respond to the variety within our business.
You will be articulate, hardworking, with strong attention to detail to get involved and make a difference.
This role provides a pathway for career advancement to Senior Recruitment Consultant roles within Skilled Medical.
Day to Day Requirements
You will work with our dedicated Medical division to help facilitate recruitment and onboarding of candidates and support contract and permanent placements of medical professionals throughout Australia.
You will perform screening and onboarding activities, pre-employment checks, collect and maintain HR and credentialing information.
You will liaise with candidates and client health services and work closely with Recruitment Consultants to ensure the highest standards of service for our candidates and clients

- Communicating effectively in written and oral form
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Intermediate computer literacy skills; MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
