The Position
As the Practice Manager you will be responsible for:
- Delivering a professional and effective immunisation, medical or health assessment service
- To develop, implement and audit the clinical service delivery aspect of all immunisation and medical health assessment programs including
- Managing emails
- To recruit, train and manage the nurse workforce in all aspects of the immunisation or medical and health assessment service delivery program
- Responsible for workplace safety meetings for all CHM staff and CHM’s locations

Essential Criteria
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate clinical experience - current AHPRA registration
- Nurse Immuniser qualification plus 2 years minimum experience working as an immuniser
- Proven experience in the administration and management of vaccination programs
- Experience in Quality Management Systems
- Experience in managing and auditing (including medical equipment)
