The Position
As the Registered Midwife you will be responsible for:
- Making decisions regarding patient care, to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care following the birth of her baby
- Actively participate in key initiatives that contribute to improvements in person centred care
- Actively support consumers to make informed decisions about their treatment and ongoing care
- Appropriately assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and contemporaneously documents midwifery and neonatal care

Located in the inner suburbs of Melbourne, only a five minute walk to Melbourne’s café hub (Gertrude Street, Brunswick Street and Smith Street) and public transport at your doorstep.
Essential Criteria
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 12months working as a Registered Midwife in Australia
- Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology – Fetal Surveillance Education Program FSEP – Level 2
- Relevant clinical experience with commitment to evidence-based outcomes
