• 41 bed ward specialising in Orthopaedics, Plastic, Dental and Ophthalmology

The Position

As the Associate Nurse Unit Manager you will be responsible for:

• Act as a role model by demonstrating high quality and compassionate patient centred care
• Excellent clinical skills, well developed time management and ability to work in a team focused environment
• Assume In-Charge responsibilities in the absence of the NUM

The Location

Located in the inner suburbs of Melbourne, only a five minute walk to Melbourne’s café hub (Gertrude Street, Brunswick Street and Smith Street) and public transport at your doorstep.

Essential Criteria

• Current AHPRA registration
• Minimum of 3 years experience
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and effective problem solving skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure
