The Position
As the Registered Nurse you are responsible for:
- Assessing, planning, organising, evaluating, and delivering nursing care within the peri-operative services area
- Ensuring a safe environment for patients, staff and others affected by peri-operative nursing practice
- Seeking support and assistance as required and work effectively as a member of the peri-operative nursing team to provide for the patient’s needs and to ensure a high standard of patient care
The Location
Located in the north west of Victoria, approximately 3 and a half hour drive from Melbourne. It is a fantastic family location with tremendous schools, sporting facilities, restaurants all on the banks of the Murray River!
Essential Criteria
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Experience in operating theatre and/or anaesthetic and post anesthetic care nursing
- Understanding of evidence based nursing theory and practice
