PROOF OF IDENTITY DOCUMENTS - 100 POINT ID CHECK 
Skilled Medical requires all Nurses and Midwives to complete the 100 point Identification Check in keeping with the national ID requirements for nursing and midwives set by The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

One primary document must be submitted from section (A) (70 points) and other documents from section (B) to total at least 100 points.

NURSING AND MIDWIFERY BOARD OF AUSTRALIA'S PROFESSIONAL CODES AND GUIDELINES
