The Position
You will provide quality clinical care to patients in both the Out Patient Department and the 30-bed low dependency ward at our clients Health Care Centre.
The Centre provides comprehensive 24 hour health care and in addition to the ward offers support via Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, and a modern Dental Surgery.
You will liaise with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team across these other services to develop and maintain patient care plans, provide co-ordinated patient management and assessment of patients.
In addition to joining the ADF health centre team as a civilian where you will learn about the nuances of the unuique ADF health setting; you will earn extra $ and variety working across the 24/7 roster including AM, PM and night shifts.

Located on the Mornington Peninsula
Essential Criteria
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
- Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- 2 years full-time Post Graduate experience within the previous 5 years in an Acute Health Care Setting (or part-time equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience and competency with or without a qualification in venepuncture and cannulation
- 24/7 availability and a passion for a high level of patient-centred care
- Must be an Australian Citizen
