The Position
As an Enrolled Nurse you will be responsible for providing outpatient assessment and health promotion services to patients, under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.
You will assess the level of care required for patients and set priorities accordingly, as well as initiating treatment for minor injuries and illnesses.
The Health Centre holds a 20-bed ward, a pharmacy and provides physiotherapy, dental, rehab and mental health and psychology support and services.
Due to the ward, the centre operates 24/7 and all nurses are required to be available for a 24/7 rotating roster (provided 6 weeks in advance), working across both the out patient department and ward, providing essential healthcare services to ADF members with patient-centred care.

Essential Criteria
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
- Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2), General with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- 2 years full-time post registration nursing experience in an Acute Health Care Setting within the last 5 years (or part-time equivalent)
- Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
- Must be an Australian Citizen
