The Position
As the Endorsed Enrolled Nurse you will be responsible for:
- Performing a diversity of resident care related activities under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse in line with the policies and objectives of the facility
- Delivering education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs
The Location
Located in western Victoria, approximately 300 kilometres northwest of the state capital Melbourne. You will have access to the Grampians National Park, beautiful botanical gardens and excellent facilities for shopping, dining and entertainment.
Essential Criteria
- Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 12months working as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse in Australia or New Zealand
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated organisational, computer and time management skills
- Commitment to customer service and resident centred care
- Demonstrated ability to conduct nursing practice in a manner that respects the rights of residents
- Desirable - Minimum of 2 years post-basic experience in residential care
