- Full time equivalent salary – $107,255 - $107,382 + super + entitlements

The Position
As the Nurse Educator you will be responsible for:
- Identifying learning requirements for Cell therapy and haematology in conjunction with the Nurse Unit Managers in collaboration with treating consultants
- Developing education events and packages to address skill and knowledge supporting the educational requirements
- Developing policy and procedures to support best practice patient care
- Developing and facilitating the internal education programs for the commencement of the autologous stem cell transplant service
- Providing clinical supervision, assessment and support to nursing staff within the Cell therapies and haematology specialty

Located in East Melbourne, close to public transport and the CBD. Surrounded by leafy green streets, modern restaurants and the Fitzroy Gardens.
Essential Criteria
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 12months experience working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- COVID19 Vaccinated
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in haematology including: Autologous stem cell transplantation
- Cell therapies experience (desirable)
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (desirable)
- Relevant post-graduate qualifications
- Excellent communicator and confident presenter
- Have a supportive and engaging style, strong attention to detail and the ability to provide constructive and structured feedback
