About the Role
We are seeking a confident professional with initiative and drive to work with the Skilled Medical Nursing Division.
As a Nursing Recruitment Officer, you will be primarily responsible for providing support to the Nursing Recruitment team and Medical team as needed. The role is multi-faceted to respond to the variety within our business. You will be articulate, hard-working, with strong attention to detail to get involved and make a difference.
This role provides a pathway for career advancement to senior roles within Skilled Medical.
Day to Day Requirements
You will work with our dedicated Nursing division to help facilitate recruitment and onboarding of candidates and support contract and permanent placements of nursing professionals throughout Australia.
You will perform screening and onboarding activities, pre-employment checks, collect and maintain HR and credentialing information.
You will liaise with candidates and client health services and work closely with Recruitment Consultants.
About You
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Time management skills with ability to manage successfully competing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills
- Communicating effectively in written and oral form Ability to work to deadlines
- Intermediate computer literacy skills; MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skill
- High level of confidentiality and loyalty
- Nursing or Healthcare related background
