About the Role
Skilled Medical is seeking a Senior or Principal Medical Recruitment consultant with a proven track record in health and medical recruitment to join our team.
Applicants will be experienced medical recruiters with a strong working knowledge of levels and specialties of medical staff, compliance requirements, comprehensive client and market knowledge and extensive placement experience.
You will work in one of our dedicated teams placing doctors in locum, contract and locum to permanent roles across Australia.
Starting with a warm active desk and extensive database you will build up and manage a pool of doctors and coordinate with client health services to make medical placements.
About You
- Three (3) or more years medical recruitment experience
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Time management skills with ability to manage successfully competing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Professional and effective communication in written and oral form
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Negotiation and conflict management skills
- Strong organisational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate computer literacy skills; MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- High level of confidentiality and loyalty
- Willingness to support team manager and mentor junior consultants within the organisation
