The Position
As the Nurse Educator you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert clinical & education support to staff and learners in intensive care and the high dependency units, including graduates, post graduate students and introduction to specialty practice learners
- Identifying, facilitating and evaluating learning opportunities- in-service education, study day and short course presentations, and supporting required competency completion
- Supporting the Advanced Life Support education program
The Location
Located in the inner suburbs of Melbourne, only a five minute walk to Melbourne’s café hub (Gertrude Street, Brunswick Street and Smith Street) and public transport at your doorstep.
Essential Criteria
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 12 months experience in an education role within Australia
- Post Graduate qualification in education or willing to work towards
- Post Graduate qualification in critical care
- COVID19 Vaccinated or valid medical exemption
