The Position
As the Registered Nurse you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all client documentation is accurate and complete, and meets statutory, government and organizational requirements
- Be involved in the provision of outcome-based nursing practice by participating in the development and implementation of a planned care approach and standards that are outcome based
- Work in collaboration to coordinate, manage and evaluate service delivery within a best practice framework

Essential Criteria
- AHPRA Registration
- Experience in Acute Care (minimum 2 years)
- Experience working as a Dialysis Nurse
