The Position
As the Registered Nurse you will be responsible for:
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to person-centered care and uphold evidence-based best practice standards within your scope of practice
- Play an active role in developing and implementing planned nursing care approaches that are evidence-based and outcome-oriented
- Ensure accurate and prompt communication of relevant information to and from patients, residents, relatives, and colleagues
- Participate enthusiastically in relevant department/unit activities and work collaboratively with patients and healthcare teams to achieve mutually agreed-upon outcome goals

Essential Criteria
- AHPRA registration
- A minimum of at least one year experience in Australian Healthcare system
- Current Police Check
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Current immunisation and serology evidence
